Current Exclusive Right To Sell listing rates (total commission you pay if we sell your home)

Minimum Commission $1000

 Listings priced up to $175,999 you pay 4.5%

Listings priced between $176,000 thru $275,999 you pay 4%

Listings priced between $276,000 thru $375,999 you pay 3.5%

Listings priced above $ 376,000 you pay 3%

You do not have the option of selling “by owner “ with an Exclusive Right To Sell listing.

Adding your home to our database does not list it on the MLS. What it does is give us most of the proper info to create a listing for you. We will email back a listing package. Included will be an Exclusive Right To Sell agreement. You must return to us a signed copy for us to list your property on the MLS. If you are listing a for sale by owner home in our searchable database to create a free FSBO webpage, as a free service of Real-e-SmartRealty.com, just add as much info as possible upload your photos(5ookb or smaller) and you are done. We will email you a link to view your webpage. Use the URL in your FSBO ads. It will be live on the internet for six full weeks. After submitting your listing you must scroll up to confirm.
